School News and Updates

Final Two Days of State Testing:

Algebra I and Geometry PART I test on Tuesday, April 28 and Wednesday, April 29 Algebra I and Geometry Part II. All students currently taking Algebra I or Geometry must report to school at the normal time. All other students will be on a 2-hour delay.

School transportation WILL ONLY RUN ON ITS NORMAL ScHEDULE Students needing transportation to school will report at normal time and be in study hall if they are not testing.

Encourage your student to get pletny of sleep the night before and eat a good breakfast before testing.

4th Quarter Interims: student Interim Reports for the 4th Quarter will be available to view in Progressbook beginning Tuesday, April 28.

The Importance of Finishing Strong- 23 Days Left

Here at THS we talk to students all the time about being RELENTLESS in all that they do! We talk about CHASING 100 and how we may never achieve perfection but we can achieve greatness through the CHASE. Finally, we stress to our students the importance of STACKING DAYS. One good day on top of another.

With just over a month of school left and the weather improving everyday is the time to remind your student(s) the importance of finishing the year strong.

Attendance continues to be the key to student success! While we are ready for summer we still need to be here everyday until the end of the semester.

Academics- attendance and grades go hand in hand. Be here every day and keep turning in stellar work.

Behavior- continue to embrace the 3R's- Respectful, Responsible, Resourceful.

By focusing on these principles we will have a great end to the 2025-2026 school year.

Class of 2026

Additional Information:

Any senior having fees to pay, books to return, or any other obligation, must have it cleared by 12:00pm on Friday, May 15, 2026 in order to participate in graduation.

Seniors wishing to participate in commencement must attend and participate in practice in its entirety. Practice will be held on Thursday, May 28, 2026 at Tecumseh High School beginning at 10:00 am. Seniors should meet in Shannon Gym.

The next ACT will be administered on June 13, 2026. Registration deadline is May 8, 2026. Late Registration deadline is May 29, 2026. CLICK HERE to register
