Quick Enrollment Checklist

To make the transition as smooth as possible, here is a general list of what most families need to have ready:

  • Proof of Residency: A utility bill, lease agreement, or mortgage statement.

  • Identification: Parent/Guardian photo ID and the student's birth certificate.

  • Medical Records: Up-to-date immunization records.

  • Custody Papers (if applicable)

Inter-District open enrollment for grades 6-12

Inter-District Open Enrollment (Grades 6-12)

Students who reside outside of the Tecumseh Local School District may apply for Inter-District Open Enrollment for grades 6-12. The application is open annually from May 1st through May 31st.

Please Note: Due to current class sizes for resident students in grades K-5, inter-district open enrollment is not available for elementary students at this time.

Inter-District Open Enrollment

Intra-District Open Enrollment grades 2-5

Intra-District Open Enrollment (Grades 2-5)

Students residing within the Tecumseh Local School District in grades 2-5 may apply for Intra-District Open Enrollment. This option is available for families who live in the Donnelsville Elementary Schools attendance area and wish to attend New Carlisle Elementary School, or vice versa. Approval is based on class size for students assigned to each building. The application window is open annually from May 1st through May31st.
